Privacy
Your details, handled with care.
This policy explains what we collect when you write to us, why we collect it, and the control you keep over it.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to share with us through a form on this website: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, city, company details (for corporate enquiries), the health concern you describe, and any notes you add.
We also record whether you gave consent and acknowledged this policy, along with the date and time.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, arrange a call back or consultation, discuss a corporate wellness programme, or — if you subscribe — send you occasional notes on health.
We do not use your details for advertising, and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.
Legal basis and consent
We process your details on the basis of the consent you give when submitting a form. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to dvijatva@gmail.com, and we will delete your details unless we are required to retain them.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and callback details are retained for as long as needed to care for you and to maintain a record of our correspondence. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in a secured database with restricted access. Only Dvijatva can read them. A notification email containing your submission is sent to our own clinic inbox so we can respond promptly.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our use of it. Write to dvijatva@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Health information
Any health concern you describe is treated as confidential. It is used only to understand your situation and guide our conversation with you.
